Jacques Torres Architectural Concept Visualization

25th December 2007, Anivista was called for a quick / challenging project with Jacques Torres. One of the finest chocolate makers in United States of America.

Task was to deliver the concept visualization for their new proposed building in the Dubai Food City. And the requirement was to develop a building with a factory of chocolate and a retail store merged in one place, where people can come by to watch the whole process of chocolate factory and also buy the chocolate from the same place. We were supposed to deliver the exterior and the interior designs for the building structure. It was all to be delivered on 31st December, and we delivered it on 30th december.

We started with Rough sketches for the exterior and the interior space. Plan was to build a whole facility with interior of glass structure for retail space to share the details of the chocolate factory processes behind the glass walls. And then deliver the refined High Quality stills and 360 degree views of the interior space.

A detailed overnight schedule our creative team followed was to initially approve the basic sketches, layouts, and color schemes for interior spaces.At Second stage, we started with proper detailed layouts with all defined color schemes, and the we moved on to modeling / shading / texturing the spaces as per mood board to render the final high quality images. And it all went successfull with a dedicated team of artists. Nearly all of the assets were built from scratch for interior spaces for retail store as well as the chocolate factory spaces.
